Skybox products arised from the integration of high reflective materials with traditional daylighting systems. Traditional systems are developed technologically and the designs are re-interpreted.
Skybox is Günışığı Aydınlatma’s own trademark under the patent protection and the R&D, design and production are made by the company itself. SkyBox Series includes 3 products; Ground, Shelf and Orient models.
SkyBox Ground Series
At the places located under the ground level; in order to achieve daylight, air flues are constructed right next to the building. Skybox Ground is settled in these concrete cavities.
The system; covered with a reflected material on the inner surface, while transferring the daylight inside also reflects the outer view and creates a real window perception. On the outer part; there is a steel frame with a weight-resistant glass on it, that keeps rain, snow water and any other impurities away from entering inside.
Skybox G model; creates a more comfortable and light-well spaces.

SkyBox Orient Series
In SkyBox O model circular holes of the traditional mosque windows are covered with high reflective material and convey daylight to interiors by reflecting. The decorative diffusers on the inner surface help daylight distribution homogeneously. On the outer surface, acrylic material is used to achieve heat and humidity insulation. The insulation material placed between the metal skeleton provides climate control.
The system is an alternative to glass brick walls and windows as it can be produced in different size and forms.

SkyBox Shelf Series
SkyBox Shelf is the re-interpreted version of Lightshelf systems used in architecture that work with the principle of reflecting. It transfers the excessive daylight in front of the window, through the depth of the place and provide a homogeneous natural lighting.
Daylight hits the reflective upper surface and reflects to the ceiling. Thus; the high leveled daylight and heat in front of the window can be delivered all over the place. The curvy form of the Skybox Shelf maintains maximum performance while creating an estetic view with its minimized thickness.
